Looking for a phone/text forwarding service to INTERNATIONAL numbers

I'm going to be travelling for a while and I need a service that can forward calls or texts to international numbers. Google Voice and such only do US numbers. Anybody know any good services ideally offering a free trial to test out?

google "localphone", it's not free but is cheap, and reliable, i have used it many times you can buy international numbers or U.S. numbers or have them forward calls to your cell phone, i've been using them for like 5+ years and never had a problem.
