Someone to call in?

Hi!
I have a limited account at Neteller wanting to confirm my latest transaction.
I don't speak english very good.
Is there a service where I pay someone to call in and tell them everything with ok?

who said hes romanian? Anyway it does not matter because I find ebay reps cannot speak good english either..... because of this they either hire low skilled people.
