Hi At all , I ve a usa account with limit of 5000 dollars months... I m located in europe... and i need verify by phone paypal ... how i can do ?

my paypal is at 60/100 verified ... no bank no phone verified only vcc..

And as far as i know you should have landline phone in US too to get GV registered. Yes there are also some tricks with SIP numbers, but don't know in details.

You can buy google voice accounts on Fiverr if you cant be bothered to make. But be warned, every single seller i have used has tried to change, or has changed passwords in the future So need to change the details immediately.

Yes you need us landline to create google voice, but you can use virtual number (non google voice) I posted a thread about it years ago, think company to use was sipgate
