Need help with phone verification gmail

I bought a USA account from aspkin and now it says on gmail I need to add a password on the gmail account

How can I handle this? (this is not ebay or paypal this is just gmail)

...not very clear... you need to add a password or they are asking for phone verification sending you a tesxt message or asking to answer a phone call?

It might be IP issue?
