2 eBay accont and 1 Paypal account
 

Help me:

- I have two shared one eBay account Paypal account; please indicate so users do not influence how and using the safest.
- 1 telephone number used for both eBay and Paypal account 2 possible?

Its not a good long term plan generally having 2 eBays linked to 1 PayPal

What is the reason for doing it?

If you're talking about opening an alternative eBay account using the same info as the first, from my experience It's okay to have multiply eBay accounts if they serve a purpose (you sell considerably different products on each) but never start with two seller accounts, always wait until 1 of them becomes more established (90 days) before you consider opening another under the same entity.

If you're talking about having 2 separate eb stealth accounts (different account details) under the SAME pp... not the best idea.

I assume you are talking about having 2 eBay's sharing the same info which is perfectly permissible by eBay: Using multiple accounts

Care to bet he is from overseas using a US vps to look like he is USA based.

He wants to try this with two accounts with totally different info to save costs.
Does not understand this will fail.

Permissible sure but if one goes down, the other is at jeopardy - why risk it when stealth works so well?

More selling limits per stealth entity, as long as you have to contrasting product lines to sell
