eBay will do the trick

Or Tesco, Asda ECT. Anywhere that sells prepaid SIMs

Stick to major networks and you wont need to top up to activate the SIM for incoming calls and texts.

Read the second part of the post :)

Main networks (Vodafone, EE, O2 ect) you dont need to top up to activate. Just stick with the major networks and your set.

dude i brought 150 giffgaff sims and you have to top up and activate them to make them work LOL

Well yes that would be the case because GiffGaff is not a main network.... They piggyback
