Hye, I am looking for a us phone number that i can use to recieved texts from paypal. like when my account gets blocked due to suspicious activities and i need to verifiy my self.

Careful with this list, i recognize many abused services that will leave you with 0/0 limits or lower quality accounts

I wouldn't trust this. Thousands of people use the same phone numbers.

In my situation the answer is YES.
The accounts I bought had some phone numbers added to them already,
when I add 2nd number (Google Voice), my number doesn't come up in the list of the numbers that can receive verification text message or voice call.
