How does a prepaid phone work? Well....you add minutes or pay a monthly fee to keep the number going or to allow you to make phone calls...Best Plan for PayPal? don't think there's such a thing, just make sure you have access to the phone number.

Update your aspkin account so that we see your country's flag right away. Everyone is assuming that you are from the US otherwise. People will give you advice that works in the US but may not work in your country so it is important for this forum. With that being said it sounds like you need someone to get a tracphone for you and stand by for you to verify it on eBay/PayPal. Most anyone who knows how will do this for you for a price but check the marketplace first to see if this service is offered there.
