Do IPKall works for Ebay Verification?

Hi every one,
I am running a US Ebay account, and would like to know if IpKall works with Ebay for verification. I tried to get a Vumber, but it seems that their website is off!
What I need is just a phone number where I can recieve the verification call, I don't care for after (no need keep the same phone # after that)
Any help with this will be appreciated,

As for Vumber, the website is still up and running. Looks quite nice.

Vumber no longer works for the purposes of ebay/paypal verification.
I do not know about IPKall,sorry.
