I'm interested in seeing how these work, but, isn't posting these like going to the running of bulls without wearing underwear? Maybe, I'm just paranoid.

All one has to do is type 'virtual phone number' in google and you'll receive a huge list of companies that have virtual numbers.

you can find them on google but some people are not too smart. No offense to anyone.:D

I found a bunch of good ones comparable to Vumber..I just won't list them here because I don't want them to go down after a few months. Do the research and you too shall find them! ;)

All the threads show up on google. I myself use phone.com, I don't really care since I use them for my local business. I get 300 minutes for only $9.85

Does anyone know if Vonage work for verifying paypal and ebay in canada?

Vonage might work since many people use it. I have never tried though.

Onebox is owned by J2 Global. I have 5 #s with them as virtual numbers that get forwarded to my CSRs skype Accts. Service works well. I guess as long as the number can be forwarded, it should be good to go.

@Mattcain, ebay owns skype. Might be a problem for a stealth rebirth. Please consider that :pop2:

Consequently what service should we use to confirm ebay.Especially for europe if it matters.

My problem is always the same. The damn tracfone main number goes down and then I have two numbers attached to it.i have 3 tracfones now that are like that. Annoying. And if I change the number then I gotta change the gv numbers to forward.just seems easier to buy a new phone. I mean they are ten bucks
