Will Amazon track the owner of a cell phone #?

Here's the thing, I don't want to use burner phones because I want iphones for all my accounts. So I was thinking of just using a regular provider and getting multiple lines.

Can/will amazon realize that all the cell phones are linked?

there is no way they will know REST ASSURED

My android Phone have more than 20 plus real mobile numbers for my accounts Including amazon accounts.
