how to purchase return shipping label from USA - USPS website gives error
 

Hello, buyer opened a return and refuses to ship back item by himself. I agree to pay for return shipping but buyer tells that he will ship back only when i will provide return shipping label.
USPS website does not let to purchase return shipping label to my country. It gives error "postage for this package must be purchased at Post Office". I tried other return countries and it works, but Lithuania, Latvia and other similar countries does not work..

Can you give me some advice? I have accepted a return and told that I cannot purchase shipping label for this country. Now buyer has a right to ask ebay to step in as I understand ?

This is the same problem faced by the thousands of Chinese sellers who sell to USA and get lots of return requests.

Your options are to either (a) refund the buyer without getting the item back and eat the loss, or (b) purchase a shipping label from an international courier such as DHL, Fedex, UPS, etc...

Can ask for ebay now to step in ? I accepted the return, and told that I am not able to purchase a shipping label

There's nothing eBay can do to help. They are going to tell you something very similar to what I said. If you want the item back, you're going to have to use a courier that you're able to print a shipping label for. Otherwise you can refund the buyer and have the case closed.

I know it's frustrating, but this is just one of those things international sellers need to be aware of and plan for.

So the seller has a right to do not ship back now ? Now we both sit and wait for something
