Purchasing postage through courier website, can it be linked?

So this is the situation:

My main user profile on my pc has the banned eBay/PayPal

Second profile is the stealth eBay/PayPal

Am I able to log onto my banned user profile, go onto a courier website which is MyHermes an pay for postage via PayPal that will be payed using the stealth PayPal?

If this is a no no, what if I plug in my dongle and do it that way?
