Importing from Netherlands to the UK
hello, if anyone has any idea how this works please give me some insight. i know a company that imports used mobile phones from Hong Kong however when i spoke to them about purchasing under VAT margin scheme they told me that they can import the products from Hong Kong to their company in Netherlands and then issue me a vat margin scheme invoice from the company in Netherlands and export the products to me in the UK. how is this possible as if i were to import used products from USA i cannot sell under the used margin scheme? or is their a way around this? |
