Sending a shipment to FBA, what to put as ship from address ?

A PO box would work for merchant fulfilled orders or boxes that I drop myself, how does it work when I send my stuff to a prep center and then to FBA from there should this be of concern ?

Also what do you suggest when orders grow to a pallet and I would need them to pick it up from my physical location that I am not revealing to amazon ? how do you go on about that when building a shipment in seller central
