Tracking indicates late delivery vs Transactions that weren't dispatched on time
One thing that counts towards your performance for top rated seller is items delivered late however on the “Your late delivery rate report” page eBay treats “Tracking indicates late delivery” and “Transactions that weren't dispatched on time” as the same thing.
For a bit I was using prepaid mail and with signed or items I was putting them in the post box as I still go a signature when they arrived. Will this count against my performance as the first time they were scanned in Royal mails system was when they were delivered? |
