eBay shipping address is different from actual shipping address.
 

How do you guys use eBay with one address completely different from the actual address where you ship from?

I am worried about customers having returns, then I ask them to send the item back to my address instead of whatever address I have on eBay, they might message eBay.

Is this an issue?
Or do I just tell customers that the receiving address is different from the shipping address?

No problem at all. Ebay doesnt really care if you're shipping from YOUR location on file. As long as returning products, always send YOUR label and you only need to add in Ebay the tracking numbers and thats it.

So when shipping an item, I just use the actual shipping address for the label and only input the tracking number on eBay correct?

Yes, when you're shipping your product, as return address, put your actual address, eb doesnt see your label or "Ship From" address. If a customer needs to return an item, then you send the label via email to the customer and add the tracking number on eb

When I have had to deal with returns I have always instructed them to do so via an eBay message. Of course they contact me directly and ask to return, I then approve and give them the return address. I don't think I have ever had somebody just randomly return something one day.

Is the buyer required to ask for the request via the tab through Ebay or no?

i think below list:
1. DON'T operate shipping label on eb directly, go to third soft to create shipping label
2.shipping label address ,can use actual address, avoid USPS cost Inaccurate
3.Virtual address ,just on eb and pp ,it's original register virtual address ; but the address on shipping label, can use actual address
4.when buyers ask return, also create return label on third soft,then message or mail to the buyer,return address ,can do actual address
