Box open from the top
 

Hey guys! I've received two boxes this week from dhl. They came from China and both seem to be open from the top. I dont know if it was from stocking lot of boxes on top or if customs open the boxes. Any of you have had this problem?

Seems like I read on here that customs is opening all boxes. Any green tape on it? Could be lies... just what I saw on here...

DHL opened the box, I can say for certain. They open almost every shipment we receive as part of the security inspection before each shipment leaves HK.

If the shipment was inspected by customs and repackaged it would have the Green US customs tape as mentioned.

You don't have anything to worry about. This is perfectly normal. It's rare for us to get an inventory shipment in which hasn't been opened and re-taped

It wasnt retaped. It just seems to be opened ot make sure of the contents or probably they have too many pagkages and they bust.

Very likely customs or the box was damaged in transit and DHL inspected the package to ensure it wasn't damaged prior to delivery.
