Cosmetics to UK shipping

have been having issues with my supplier saying dhl/ems are not allowing cosmetics shipments through anymore? Mine are none branded so thats not an issue, it appears customs wont let them send the items?

any other recommeded delivery companies? Fedex are about £50 more expensive

If its customs not letting the items through then swapping shipping providers I am not sure will do you much good

Have they given you any more details as to why your items are not being allowed through?
