How to ship E-scooter from China
 
My friend in china says it's not possible to ship scooters because of the battery.
Is this true?

It depends on Customs of your country, you need to find that out.
At least take the battery out and just ship the scooter it self. Shouldn't be that tough.

My friend says its china postal system that prohibits shipping batteries.
Not sure if the battery is removable?

AFAIK UPS (private shipper separate from china post) ships items with batteries

Your friend is not quite accurate. There are a few sellers on Aliexpress that export such items.

Contacted one seller and he confirmed can't ship to europe.
