Is it easy to get payonner like cards shipped to you
 

There are many payment processors who ship cards (even without verification). for example Payonner.
I already own one, but if you get to much money on it...you know the story...:pound::pound::pound:

What is the best way to get a few cards? they ship via DHL or normal postage, they do not check if address is real or not

Should I send the card to a University and wait outside, to a Church and wait outside, to a HOTEL? Or DHL will think I am carder and call cops...and then boom "why your name is not John Smith?! who is john smiht?!":fight::fight::fight:

Payoneer requires you to verify and send them 30$ through a company before you ship the card? What are you saying?

What infos I will have to show to the DHL Driver, if I order the card near a college/hotel ?

Yes, this is new for like 3-4 months. In order to be able to order a card you must receive at least 30$ or equivalent from one of their partners, withdrawals from PayPal doesn’t count.

This sounds really inconvenient. This is just for Payoneer cards?

Payonner + maybe 5 more. What it is easy is to withdraw money to it, even from PayPal. You can do 2000-5000 and no question for ID asked. Also if they ask for an ID, you can do like 10 more transfers and withdrawals before getting blocked to add funds only (but you can still withdraw at the atm)

I read this on their site - Eligibility is based on payments received to your Payoneer account, not including in-network payments (Make a Payment) and payments from e-wallets such as Paypal or Skrill.

Any idea where should I receive the money to order the card?

I order a ****ton of Payoneer cards in various names on a weekly basis and never come across that... I just load the card with enough money from PayPal to cover the DHL delivery charge ($40) and then I'm good to go.

You need receive money from any of their partners (freelancer, fiver, affiliate networks, ...)

If it's true then it would have happened to me like a hundred times now, quite literally. But it never does... I ask them to ship with just payments from PayPal, and it is done.

When was the last time you ordered a card?

I had to contact customer support, and the agent told me personally that in order to order a card, I need to receive at least 30$ or equivalent from a partenr and he said literally that PayPal payment doesn’t count.

I have already tried with PayPal and received 50$ but still couldn’t be able to order the card.

I’m talking fron experience and I mean recent and fresh experience, payoneer are making changes every few months to their system.

I ordered multiple cards just last week actually so what you were told wasn't true. Whoever spoke with you was misinformed, which with Payoneer isn't uncommon; I've had to argue with customer service representatives about things I have done a million times before without problems, such as getting the UK/EU account details without having already linked your own real bank account to your Payoneer account (asshole told me it was "not going to happen" lol), or having a card sent out via DHL without verifying ID beforehand... which is most definitely not a requirement.

So I would say it depends on who you speak to sometimes.

You can’t create an account without linking a bank account and you can’t order a card without receiving 30$.
I find it hard to believe what you’re saying :rolleyes:

But nevertheless there are some good and better alternatives, so didn’t bother with Payoneer.

You haven't been able to do these things, but I have countless times. Just because you haven't been able to do somehing yourself doesn't make it impossible. That's literally the silliest thing I have ever heard.

Both those things are very possible, clearly you've been speaking to the wrong people. I'm not sure if it still makes a difference but I always sign up with a partner, not directly on payoneer.com.

From what I remember years ago, if you sign up directly on the Payoneer website, they require extra information from you.

And I'm still yet to find a better alternative that lets you easily order cards without any ID (most of the time) and gives instant UK/EU account details that work perfect with PayPal.

They will probably accept it for the first few payments but eventually someone will review your account and start asking questions, so it's not viable long term. They definitely don't allow it officially.

Maybe it depends on the partner you’re using to sign up. I tried to create my account on their website directly. They required a local bank account and in order to order the card, they require receiving 30$.

Anyway, good luck with Payoneer.

In order to not get asked for ID you need to
-only use 1 bank account, do not open XX paypal accounts and withdraw to each of your US, GB, EURO account. Only 1/account.

-make sure the name 100% match.

-use them all the time. if you get 1000$ this month, and don't use them for 2-3 months at the next payment they will ask for an ID, lol :mad:
