eBay Suspended & PayPal Limited Forums - ⊗⊗⊗⊗ tracking number

Hello.
I want to sell cheap products on eBay, but the parcel with the tracking number from my country to another country is quite expensive (almost 50% of the value of the goods) and it is not profitable for me to send it with the tracking number.
Can I send a package without tracking number?
Or can I enter a ⊗⊗⊗⊗ tracking number?

You can do it. No policy says you HAVE to use tracking, although ebay makes it very difficult. Just be aware if your 'item not received' cases get too high Ebay will adjust your shipping time automatically - adding on 2 weeks and dropping you in search position.

which countries are you shipping from/to and what is the size and weight of your parcels? what do you pay for them?

Latvia -> USA/Germany/UK
Price for shipping about 2.50$
My items cost about 5-6$
