Package in transit to DHL eCommerce site
 
My package has not updated in 17track since posted 5/5/19. Says in transit to DHL eCommerce site in Mumbai, India. Is this timeframe normal to still be in transit? Normally when I use EMS, it takes no longer than 2-3 days processing in Customs there, and it's on it's way to CBP/New York, Ny.
Please respond with some kind of reassuring news to this situation.

It's only been 7 days since you ordered and the shipment is coming from India.. so it's most likely waiting to be put on a plane. Pretty normal for this crappy DHL service.

what is the item?
Do you think it has t o do with India goverment ?
Indian merchants cant send merchandise overseas until he has received his payment in an Indian bank.

DHL ecommerce is some super slow cheap shipping. for me it takes 25 days to usa

DHL e-commerce is slow , mostly the tracking finish when arrive to the country of delivery
