EMS package came to my state, about 30 miles away from me, now somewhere else

I got an EMS package, came to my state, bay area, near SF. About 30 - 40 minutes from me. Went to the ICS in SF. Now it's in Denver CO. Like what gives? Will it come back to me eventually? And no, it's not phoo phoo.
