DHL Partial delivery
 

Hi everyone.

I import a lot of stuff from China to UK, always from the same shipper, and never had an issue.

I had a shipment out for delivery today. They were supposed to be 2 parcels.

I only received one, and when I contacted DHL costumer services they said that the shipper account is on hold and most likely the parcel will be returned to the shipper and I will not get that parcel.

But isn't that strange? It is 2 parcels from the same shipper and they are holding only 1 for some reason?

Surely if the package was gonna be seized they will not be returning to them?

Should I be concerned? Did this happened to anyone before?
