Shipping post card with tracking

Any idea if I could pay anyone to ship post card with tracking online as I’m selling virtual item and I’m not in the us trying to find a way to fill up the tracking to avoid mc011 hope any expert could drop me some guidance

There's no way to ship a post card with tracking. Post card postage is $.37. You aren't given domestic tracking until you get to First Class Parcels which is $2.60 at the lowest.

most US postcard sellers do not use tracking,unless it is rather expensive post card.
You are not going to get MC011 just because you do not upload tracking for a low price item

It quite a high price item as it’s virtual item so it would be good if I could purchase some tracking my Budget per tracking is $3 as well.

IF so,then make a hard copy of that card and mail it with tracking.
