i cant set No return for my item on ebay it
 

when i list my item on ebay i cant set No return even if i edit the policy .

any help or idea ?

There is no such thing as no return on EBay,INAD trumps your no return policy.
if you refuse,then no return means you dont want your item back if you lose INAD dispute.or a credit card chargeback.

Yes, you can set it as no return, but so far I have found that it's practically useless since if a buyer opens a claim you can't really fight back.

Set it to returns accepted.

Even if you put no returns, a buyer can still make a return if they INAD.

Correct - almost impossible not to have "no return" policy that's solid without buyer option

You can set NO RETURN,but if the buyer insists on returning,he will find a way.
after 30 days,he can go to Paypal,if it is INAD,Paypal will ask him to return with tracking.
Or he can go to his cc issuer,tell them your item is defective and you refuse return,then he will most likely get his money back and no need to return.
He can also leave you negative feedback.

In the USA you can set no returns, however the customer can do a INAD and get a return opened.

A little trick to stop automatic return labels being sent to the buyer is to set in your return preferences that you want to give the return a RMA number, then you have the option to send them a label or you have time to contact them and see why they are returning the order. Most buyers open a return rather than send you a message when you can help them if they contacted them first for a solution. This works great if you have an awkward buyer, I send them a UPS label so they have to go to a store or a depot and they usually do not send the order back and when you get the return closed any negative feedback gets removed and if not left yet they can not leave any feedback.

Sellers may pay for return shipping BUT does not have to refund original shipping -New Ebay policy.
