Fedex package opened. No customs label
 

I ordered a Dji drone and it came directly from China. When I opened the box I noticed the shrink wrap and the seal on the dji box were both opened. The drone and accessories seemed new and untouched and there were no customs label on the outer box but I noticed the box was double taped and it was clear the box was opened by someone in transit. Checked the tracking and noticed it was held in Memphis for 24 hours. Is it possible this was done it customs and no label was placed on the box? Anyone has a similar experience with Fedex? Thanks in advance.

Strange things happen around the holidays. I've had a Fed Ex package with tracking stuck at a transport facility since 12-28.

Fed Exp has an office in Memphis for intl operations,sounds like either US customs or Fed Exp opened your package.

Fed Ex told me to file a claim. Refunded the buyer and hoping Fed Ex follows through.

Its certainly possible - I would give Fexed a ring and see if they can shed any light on it
