Just waiting on Customs to clear the package. A bot of a back log with the social distancing policies in place. Things are going much slower than normal.

Its normal, just waiting for custom to release the package with ups it takes day or 2

I get that, but the status of "Your package has been delayed due to a Government regulatory agency hold." is worrying me. I've never seen that before.

hi i got same issue, and ups called me they need documents/paperwork to send the package to custom. i believe it’s because the seller didn’t send the correct paperwork. now my package still in their warehouse held for 4days. and they say they will charged fees $20/day for shipment held in their warehouse. now i dont know what to do. because i don’t know what kind of documents they’re asking. please advice what to do.. and how is your package? if we’re not doing anything does custom will seize it or the package will return to sender?
