Delay at UK customs?
 
I have several packages from Ali Express sellers where the tracking is showing arrived in UK awaiting customs clearance - some arrived 12 days ago

Nothing contentious and all valued under £15 on the CN22

Is anyone else in the same position?

I haven't ordered any large packages during this pandemic time but postal system seems very slow eveywhere these days.

12 days in customs though...perhaps incomplete declaration?
