UPS held package in warehouse
Hi all, i need an advice what to do, my package held in UPS warehouse KY they called me to send the FDA documents which i dont know about this (im sure it’s because my seller didn’t put correct paperwork) it was glasses. and all glasses need FDA paperwork so they can send it to custom. the question is if i don’t send anything to them does the package will return to the seller? and in ups website if ups held the package they will charge fee $20/day and after 15days they will put in general order warehousing US custom, and i have to pay in full before the shipment can be removed. what to do? please any advice much appreciated. |
