Problem with entering ebay tracking number
 

hello when I try to enter the ups shipping number from the system '' one or more tracking number (s) in the request already exists either for a different buyer or for a different seller. '' I get an error. what is the reason of this? When I wrote to ebay it said that many sellers also got this error but didn't say anything definite. I cannot enter a cargo number in the system and the cargo number I entered belongs to the buyer.

Simply go to sold page and change the overview to clasic and then under sold page find the order and click on more action then replace number from there.

New overview sucks and useless completely. Even ebay reps said multiple times to use old overview the classic one only.

Oh, god. I also had a problem entering the eBay tracking number, so I lost my parcel. An acquaintance told me he's using DHL for shipping and delivering because their tracking is more accessible to general use. I tried their services, including this tracking system https://www.postsendungsverfolgung.c...erfolgung.html, and I found it pretty simple to use, but the prices were higher. Plus, the taxes increased from January, and now they are significantly high for me. I hope eBay will improve its mechanism and make it less complicated.
