DHL customs status updated in Brisbane when package is in another state
 

Hey! My package has arrived in Darwin NT, then tracking said ‘please contact DHL) then I saw a new tracking that said ‘customs status updated’ Brisbane.
And has repeated for a few days.
The package is physically in Darwin as there is a clear scan, but the customs status updated does not have a scan. Obviously I’ll contact DHL, but was wondering if anyone had insight into why the customs status update in a completely different state than the package ?

Could just be a systems issue on the customs side
