Dhl dhl break bulk express
 

I order a custom Macbook Pro and it shipped from China and they shipped it with DHL BREAK BULK EXPRESS which is one big package with small packages with different address. I have contact dhl and they told me it shi bulk break exress and they have to sort the packages and its been there Monday Arrived at Sort Facility CINCINNATI HUB - USA! and Bestbuy said I would get it on Friday! DHL is the worst shipping company I never used! I don't know when I will get it the item I don't have a tracking number for my single item only for the bulk packages has anyone had problems with DHL before ?

Custom Macbook Pro from China...while I haven't used DHL Break bulk express, I hope you know the seller well and have dealt with them before?

I order it from BestBuy and i ship from the place in China that makes the computer when I contact bestbuy they said it was the right tracking number i have no way of contacting the people in china since Monday all its been Arrived at Sort Facility CINCINNATI HUB they even haven't process it yet! and Bestbuy shows I will get it tomorrow

Wait it out. DHL knows what they are doing. Cincinnati hub is one of the locations where they do customs processing so your package may be delayed by customs.

I'm very curious about what you're going to receive from the seller, though.

Well,if BBY is the middleman,they have the clout to trace your shipment.
But customs delay is worse now,get used to it.
Priority express from Cancun ,mexico takes one month

US customs delay is pretty common these days,you need to be patient

DHL is pretty good actually, but when they lose a package (rarely so)... their CS is attrocious .

Other than that they are pretty fast and trustworthy.
