What does "Receptacle sent abroad (otb), IGI TMO
New Delhi mean? My friend sent me a birthday present through EMS/India Post, and usually the packages go through Mumbai Export, Office of Exchange. On January 1, 2022, the last two tracking updates were "Processed through facility/Mumbai and lastly, " Item bagged", but on January 3rd I get the above update about going through New Delhi..
What's going on here??
