I have a package that usually come out from Mumbai Export/Office of Exchange, but instead of the next update saying that it is now with US Customs/New York, NY, it is saying "Receptacle sent abroad, IGI TMO New Delhi "
What exactly is going on here, as my packages have never taken the New Delhi route??

Who knows. Maybe the usual route is just congested. Our UPS shipments take a few different routes depending on the circumstances but they all ship from the same location.

My seller, see's the same update. Getting him to personally check on it personally, since our languages may cause even more difficulty, if I tried to call the postal service myself. Was just wondering if anyone has ever had a shipment take this route in India.
