How should a parcel be packed when coming in to customs? Is there any golden rules?

With NON-VERO items!

Seriously, though...

Each supplier has thier own method of packing. One person I use swears by MILES of TAPE! Another sends plain boxes that look like any other.

But the fact is, no matter what they do, if your customs wants to inspect a package, they will. If the items are ⊗⊗⊗⊗, they will be seized. Legitimate items will be delayed

If you are dealing in "foo-foo" items as GreenBean puts it, those are the risks.

yes,if your customs want to inspect your package,they will,but if your packing the parcel well and packing in reasonable way,this also is can be help for clear custom
