eBay Suspended & PayPal Limited Forums - package seized by customs but funny

a friend of mine had his package seized by customs, it was vero dvds, but the funny thing is on the letter it mentioned trademark infringment with DD (dolby digital), has anyone had the same problem?

it really was a "friend"....we speak or see each other almost daily...so it's really not he said/she said.

I recently got GHD hair straighteners seized. Customs contacted ghd & they sent a letter too my house threatening to take me too court. Should i worried ?? lol
