| In a place like ny people sit outside all day everyday waiting on fedex and ups to leave packages so they can steal them. Thats their job every day to steal from people who are slipping like this.
There could be many scenarios in this. the guy could be lying just to get a free laptop or maybe he didnt get it. either way you have to fight with all you have just like these guys are telling you to do. time is wasting. call usps, the police in your city and his (ny), postal inspectors, and so on and so on.
I would close the bank account before paypal takes the money back if its not too late.They take the money out of bank account right away these days so they probably already have taken the money back from you. its hard situation but good luck. |
