Is there a better number than the standard DHL express # to call about a package in clearance delay at customs?

If it has been there for over 7 business it is probably been seized by Customs.

this just happened at 3:15 am this morning.


yeah i got connected to the import department, she said she would keep an eye on it for me... sigh

not 7 days,it should be within 3 days and then your packages will be much possible seized
