Any FedEx Experts?
 

Hi I have a question that has been puzzling me for several weeks. My regular supplier usually ships UPS but asked if it was ok if he shipped FedEx and I said sure. I really don't care. Well he did and I have virtually no experience with Fedex and what their tracking codes mean.

But I have a package NON-Vero that everytime I call them all they tell me is "It's in customs" but you would think it would update and say "Customs Delay" or something. Not just provide no update?

Does anyone use FedEx? Do they really just go weeks at a time and NOT provide any update at all? This is an Express package. It made it to the US in 24 hours and has been in Indianapolis for 13 days!

Thats just hogwash. And I wouldn't stand for it. If these were knock offs, fine. But you have a legitimate package in customs for two weeks and FedEx wont help? I would be screaming to high heaven. The longest I have ever had a package in customs was 3 days. They refuse to even put a trace on it? Something is not right here and I'm surprised FedEx wont help.

I'm not a FedEx expert. But when ever I have had a problem someone looks into it and calls me back the next day. I cant see why they are just blowing you off. Have you said to them point blank this is not counterfeit items? It sounds like they assume it is and cant be bothered to help

Knock-offs are not the only things seized by US customs. Their website lists a ton of stuff. But I have had packages delayed up to 4 weeks. They contained legitimate items, but were selected for inspection. Legally, they can hold any shipment they want to for up to 30 days. Usually, it is much quicker than that. But they may be backed up due to the shipping volume during this time of the year.
