I have a package shipped from EMS/USPS from China. It appears to be sitting in JFK customs (for 2 days), and the USPS site reads "Inbound into Customs." Any sense for whether Customs will open/review the package? Are all packages with this label reviewed? Do I have cause to be concerned?
In the event there is a customs seizure, any advice for approaching the seller (this is a new relationship)? What recourse might I have with a CC company?
I am new at this, so appreciate any and all advice.

it doesnot make sure your package have been seized, but it may get the chance to be seized.Just waiting a few days till around 1 week,if the status still not is release, you may lost it.There are many different results for this situation. No people know the final result.
I have had mine sit in customs once for 5 to 6 days or more,
They opened up the package and looked at the jersey inside,
Sealed it back with green tape marking inspected by customs,
So sometimes they randomly check packages time to time,
But 2 to 3 days is not that long of a wait,
