Ebay shipping with USPS

I ship hundreds of packages a week and the postal increases that have been happening every 6 month for the past two years are catching up with me. I currently use Print Internet Postage for Mail & Packages on PC or Mac | Endicia to ship my packages which i like but since i ship such a high volume I would like to know if there is any way to get a discount on shipping. Does anyone have a service they use wich offers a discount on USPS shipments. Thank you

Not sure but....
I got a package today (couple ounces) from a large internet merchant that was delivered by USPS....BUT....they used something called "UPS Mail Innovations". I didn't google it to see what this is, but maybe they get some kind of "bulk rate" pricing? This seller sure seems to have some secret to save on shipping cause their prices are extremely cheap. Do you ship a lot of First Class Mail? If so this might be something to investigate. I don't know how the UPS and the Post Office have integrated this.
