Problem with ems tracking number
 

hello is it possible for someone to make a ⊗⊗⊗⊗ ems tracking number the reason why i ask is because i had an order from dhgate.com from a supplier who seems to have good feedback but my package seems to be stuck when i check it with usps.com i get Label/Receipt Number: *****

Right now i am panicking because none of my packages ever did that before usually after they are dispatched it always reaches us customs within 2 days, now its been 5 days since dispatch. my supplier is saying that they are probably waiting for a plane does that sound right?? that makes no sense to me

have you checked the ems website and not the usps website? usps takes a while to update ems tracking numbers (but on the ems website they are updated faster..in my mind)

sounds like your package is on its way to you, but it might take some time to get to your location. I have had ems orders take more than 2 weeks to arrive into the usa that is before even going by customs. Other times ems orders arrive to the usa for me within 2-4 days

i have ems has the same information its saying was despacthd from sorting center see here look

no difference this is a lesson learned i guess if its not ups or dhl i dont want it, unfortunatly most dhgate suppliers are starting to only use ems. WORST TRACKING EVER EVER EVER I HATE IT

From what you posted, it looks to already be in the air. This looks like normal EMS schedules to me. A few days is nothing.

Yes it has been know for a supplier to give ⊗⊗⊗⊗ tracking numbers on these sites, once they get closed down for it on the sites, they just open a new account under a different name and carry on...

It is also known for the tracking info on ems to be delayed or for the info to never update but the item still turns up.

I ordered a lot from these sites in the past, never had an item not turn up via EMS to be honest.

Whether your item is ⊗⊗⊗⊗ or real is yet to be seen though :lol:

well i guess i panicked a little bit it finally updated this morning saying that it made it to usa customs in new york , SO U GUYS WERE CORRECT THE REALITY OF It THOUGH IS EMS CUSTOMER SERVICE IS WEAK BECAUSE WHEN YOU CALL THEM THEY CANT TELL YOU ANYTHING SENSIBLE AND HARDLY ANYBODY WHO ANSWERS THE PHONE SPEAKS ENGLISH WELL, i just hope it doesnt get stuck in customs.

Would I be right in saying this is your first package from China via EMS?

Hope you get your item, if it is anything dodgy then customs might have something to say, I heard it is worse than the UK out there?

^ by that I mean the UK really isn't bad at all generally speaking! but i heard the US are tight at customs.

You could smuggle Chinese people via EMS here in the UK and nobody would bat an eyelid.

well no it is not my first time using ems but it is the first time i ever had a delay like this using them, i always try to avoid using them its just that some suppliers force it upon you, they always cry saying that its costing them too much for dhl, My items are trademarked even tho i have imported them 3 times successfully this is one is kind of a big package for me i the first couple of time i imported only 10 pieces at a time but they are selling so fast now that im up to 30 pieces SO I HOPE THAT THE BIG SHIPMENT WONT ALERT THEM, so far it hasnt been released but i am hoping that it is because it is saturday and it will be out by monday

Delivery is usually 5-15 days with EMS, how long was the delay?

EMS is a very good delivery company when compared to the HK Post :doh: especially when they are both usually offered for free on these sites.

I have never had problems with EMS.

Is this possible that when I can not find my tracking information on site, supplier didn't send me my parcel?
