Dhl Shipping Problem
 

Hi guys,Im new to this site and my package is blocked on clearance delay at MTL,Its really near.Today I looked and it said Shipment Stopped.What does it mean?

Means there may be a problem for as yet unspecified reasons. Customs are not prepared to release teh goods whilst checks are made.

Suggest to me this might be a parcel from China, paper work may not be in order, seller might be under investigation. Have you spoken to DHL? How long since the goods were sent? If it's a delay of less than 48 hours, you may be being impatient.

I'm not going to play 20 questions. But we do prefer a little bit more info to help answer questions....

If these items are trademarked or copyrighted, they are most likely gone.

Using DHL standard? k it is known to encounter problems with trademark or copyrighted materials.

It is HIGHLY advised that you use DHL EXPRESS when importing copyrighted or trademarked goods.

Via DHL right? Yeah - I have seen this - expect a Customs police officer to call your number soon for you to come meet and sign for destruction.

IT is likely seized.

It looks your packages have been seized as it have been over 1 week.DHL will not able to sort you out for this.If the goods are involved in trademark issue,you may ignore any request from custom.

If the goods are genuine,you may ask your supplier to send the invoice with stamp and signture ,so it will help to clear the custom.
Do more research ,you will find some methods to import the goods not too much hardly.But it cost time and risks.

It would be appreciated if you stop giving such advices. May be this works in USA, but NOT in Canada.
He can NOT ignore their call, unless he wanted to get the RCMP in front of the door.

Just respond, they'll send you (By fax) a form to sign . Return it to them.. then STOP, DEFENITLY STOP importing foo foo's, as your name will be on file with them, and any future similar situation will bring you real troubles.
