shipping delay in China
 

Hi,
I ordered a small parcel from China to Israel. The parcel contains 2 personalized dresses (no trademark or copyrighted things).
For the last 2 days, my parcel is being stuck in the Chinese costume. I need this parcel ASAP - any idea if there's anything I can do?

The parcel was sent via "EXPRESS WORLDWIDE nondoc" service.

Any idea why it is?

Often textiles have tricky import/export regulations.. no idea why but that seems to happen a lot.

I am sure your package will be released within 5 business days, it always has for me. I find that if you ship with UPS these problems tend to crop up less, however it can be expensive!

yeh its DHL once again...for some reason parcels shipped through them are usually scrutinized more than other services...in future ask your supplier to ship EMS, its around the same dleivery time, cheaper and usually fewer issues with customs..
