DHL Customs problem
 

Hi,

I have a package from china being delivered with DHL to the uk.

These are the last tracking infos

9 Please contact DHL LONDON-HEATHROW - UK 17:22

8 Clearance processing complete at LONDON-HEATHROW - UK

I rang DHL who said my package was cleared from customs and then called back and seized.

Yes ive half been expecting this to happen sooner or later but is it normal for a package to be called back after release?

has anyone had this before as it seems a bit strange to me.

This happens all over the world sadly (or happily - depending on your point of view)

Actually it have not complete the custom clearance 100%,so your packages got seized.

Hi Yes it has :( Apparently it can get called back by random after the initial clearance.

I did have a second package arrive two days later at the same address which quite surprised me.
