| | | LoopHole | 09-28-2011 08:03 PM | Cheapest site for shipping supplies Ive been purchasing boxes from Uline.com for the past couple orders. I thought they were the cheapest but i found out that shippingsupply.com is much cheaper. Anyone know a site thats cheaper than them? |
| dabig05 | 09-28-2011 08:24 PM | I have and will always buy from ebay sellers for my shipping needs. I have never been able to find cheaper packaging then on ⊗⊗⊗⊗bay oops ebay. |
| jeffweico | 09-28-2011 09:34 PM | I like pkging.com for boxes. Everything else I buy on eBay. |
| cardfelon | 09-28-2011 10:38 PM | Ebay is by far the cheapest. I did use papermart.com for awhile though. |
| LoopHole | 09-29-2011 08:02 AM | Not sure how you guys think Eb*y is the cheapest because i just looked for many supplies and they are definately not cheaper than shippingsupply.com |
| cardfelon | 09-29-2011 09:01 AM | Well for example. On shippingsupply.com 1000 of the #1 padded mailers is $189.50 plus shipping which according to the site would be $118.50 to my house. That would be $308 delivered. I can get the same thing on Ebay for $179 with free shipping. |

And shipping seems free on them. $28 for a 100 boxes free shipping sounds like a REALLY good deal to me. |
| cardfelon | 09-29-2011 10:13 AM | What size of boxes are you buying? |
| ben23 | 09-29-2011 01:38 PM | I am not from the US so maybe I am mistaken, but aren't USPS giving free shipping boxes? |
| ESDave | 09-29-2011 02:24 PM | I first started off with Walmart boxes (.69) per box. Found Uline.com (.37) I think? per box. Shipping supplies seems to be cheaper!! :o Then again, Uline warehouse is like 15 minutes from my house (: I'll look into this site ;D |
| ESDave | 09-29-2011 02:34 PM | So, for 200 8x8x4 here is my results
Shipping Supplies:
57.36 for boxes + 48.30 for shipping = 105.66
Uline:
76.00 for boxes + 29.10 for shipping = 105.10
Not sure the shipping speed for Shipping Supplies, but with Uline, I get it the next day. |

So depending on what you sell most of the time it isn't the most cost effective route to go. |

On uline as far as i remember the same exact order came up to being $87 |
| Burning | 10-08-2011 01:44 AM | If you look locally - you can get even lower prices. Look around on craigslist or on kijiji. I found a supplier who was selling it for 50% cheaper than uline. In Canada's its especially harder to find cheap shipping supplies - due to expensive shipping costs. |

Ya Loophole, when I ordered from them they had free shipping and there warehouse is in NY. Or at least that is where it came from when I ordered it. The shipping is super fast to depending on what you order, usually 3-5 business days.

| EBAYBOMB | 10-26-2011 01:18 PM | Bubble mailers are cheap on Amazon, that's where I buy |
| RedShootingStar | 10-26-2011 01:37 PM | Bubble mailers are about $10-20 cheaper on ebay than valuemailers. Although we I need to purchase lots of different items I buy from valumailers for the convenience. |
| HurricaneHuntr | 10-30-2011 09:52 AM | e4bay... poly envelopes 250 for $12
and sadly... walmart for bubblewrap $16 for the big one |
| alwaystrying | 10-30-2011 11:18 AM | Either valuemailers and I also found that HMHM amazon had actually the lowest price for what I was looking for. Nice a stealth buying from amazon to sell LOL:doh: |
| DHB123 | 11-02-2011 12:51 PM | Do not know if this helps u or not, but USPS has bubble wrap mailers (Priority Flat Envelopes). Much better then their other Priority envelopes. I order 100 at a time. They are slightly more expensive --- 4.95 as opposed to 4.75 --- to mail. These are nice bubble wrap mailers, and as always ---delivered to your door free of charge. |
| HurricaneHuntr | 11-02-2011 01:02 PM | I ship them at the same as regular nobody has ever said anything different.

| Deltopia | 05-14-2021 11:37 AM | Re: Cheapest site for shipping supplies I use https://boxgiver.com/. They have free shipping boxes, bubble wrap, and packing paper. I know people post on there a lot and give their packing supplies away. Hope that helps! | | All times are GMT -5. The time now is 07:48 AM. | |
