Default Zebra LP2844 & Amazon Labels

What is the easiest and fastest way to ship labels from Amazon Seller Marketplace with a Zebra LP2844 Thermal Label Printer? I am running Windows 7, and print directly off the Amazon Marketplace after an item is sold. I sell anywhere from 200-400 items a day, and 800+ on weekends. After searching google here is the best answer I have found, and so far the only option that has worked for me (saves money on ink, but not on time):

1. Sell item on amazon --> Opens label in another browser
2. Save file (automatically as a pdf file)
3. Open file --> Rotate file clockwise ---> Snapshot Tool ---> Print

There must be an easier way.....but searching google this has been the most talked about way to accomplish this on amazon, since there is no default printer selection, like in paypal.

I use a Dymo Labelwriter 4XL with Encidia for printing the postage. If you copy the address from the shipping page it automatically will fill it in on Encidia and you can print from there. No need to go through all the hassle you are doing. Then you can copy and paste the tracking number directly back into the shipment confirmation page.

When shipping on Amazon, and once you finish the shipping process it will pop up in a separate browser. I do not see how you can use a 3rd party for shipping. If this was the case, I would simply use paypal, but I do not want to copy all information for each order on 400 orders a day. Too much room for error.

I am using stamp software right now.

Stamps software links straight into your amazon account and retrieves the shipping information. From there send click print batch and your done. All orders will be sent to zebra printer.

Only problem I have with the stamp software is the fact that I cant see the quantity or the condition of the item and the tech support at stamps are rather useless.

Looking into encidia see how that is before I commit to a regular plan.

But if you are selling that many items I dont see how you can do all that in a day. You must spend all day at your computer.

I don't purchase my postage through Amazon. If you click on the "Buy Shipping" button the page will open up with all the information. You highlight the address with you mouse. Right click for "Copy". Then it will automatically appear in Encidia. There is no way for a error to happen doing it that way. It takes me less than 15 seconds to print each label.
