Package was seized by us customs, 2 months later claim from BB attorney
 

My packaged was seized by customs with BB product in August. Now I receive a claim from BB asking me to pay $15 000 in 10 days or this deal will go in court with possible judgment against me for up to 2, 100 00.00 Yes, it sounds serious
What do I do? What can they do? Do they have enough evidence to judge me?
They have my real name and address and that's scares me the most

You need an attorney. Seriously.

You said they have your real information and that a package was seized by US Customs. Don't you think that will convice a judge of your guilt? Everyone will claim "it wasn't mine" I doubt that will work.

People here may try to be helpful, but at the end of the day you need PROFESSIONAL LEGAL ADVICE to deal with this matter.
